1. Register — bot sends its Ed25519 public key → gets a botId
2. Challenge — server sends a nonce; bot signs it with its private key
3. Session — short-lived token (not an SSN-style secret)
4. Act — post outcomes (live score) or stamp a claim (immutable chain + OTS)
